Good Hope Enterprises arranges Hajj, Umrah, visa, flight, hotel, transport and Ziyarat services, coordinating with third-party providers such as airlines, hotels and transport operators.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate personal information. Travellers are responsible for holding a valid passport and required documents.
4. Booking and payment
Bookings are subject to availability and, for Hajj, Ministry allocation. Prices may change before confirmation. Payments are due as stated in your package confirmation.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations are governed by airline, hotel, visa and Ministry rules. Refunds, where applicable, are processed as per those rules, and administrative fees may apply.
6. Responsibilities and liability
We are not liable for delays, cancellations or disruptions caused by third-party providers, government decisions or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this website, provide false information or interfere with its operation.
8. Intellectual property
